ZYJ-II Paper napkin machine is designed to convert paper napkin by mechanical folding with high efficiency.

Main features:ZYJ-II Paper Napkin machine is designed to convert  printed paper napkin through the feeding, calendaring, printing, embossing, slitting,  formation and folding.  It adopts automatic counting and frequency speed control. Options include steel to wool embossing or steel-to-paper embossing roller. Products with 1/4, 1/6, or 1/8 folding can be made if required. And the machine has two-layer/two-deck output. Technical parameters:1. Parent roll: 13-20gsm two plies of tissue paper, 23-25gsm one ply tissue paper2. Parent roll core: 3 inches (dia. 76mm), other sizes to be ordered3. Parent roll diameter: dia. 1,200mm, other sizes to be ordered4.

 5. Print unit :

(1)one steel roller, one roller for rubber plate, one ceramic anilox roll and ink tank;

(2)doctor blade, and two sides are closed to avoid ink leaking;

3)support for ink tank is easy to install,pneumatic spring structure is slightly adjustable, tank is made from aluminum alloy which is anti-corrosive;

(4)ink level limiting device;

(5)cycling pump, easy cleaning; stainless steel ink buck, no less than 20 litres at one time;

(6)this printing unit can be easily added and removed, no relation to the machine driving system.
